Project Summary

Morrison on the Park is one of the most beautiful houses in the North Vancouver region. However, the debilitating condition of this house was soon becoming more evident to the residents. There were some visible cracks in the drywalls where complete replacement and new drywall installation were necessary. The household's energy bills were also skyrocketing, all thanks to ineffective insulation. To top it all, the paint of the house, both interior, and exterior were not in a very great condition, and repainting was due.
